Aura Solutions public marketing site for the current reporting and website AI chatbot offers.

Important scope

Aura is a customer experience support provider, not a legal authority, regulator, investigator, or public complaint authority.

Aura Call Center Reporting

Reporting is a private customer experience support service. Customers report to Aura, a real Aura support person reviews the report, and Aura sends the approved business owner a private structured summary. It is not a public review platform and does not guarantee any legal or commercial outcome.

Aura Website AI Chatbot

Aura Website AI Chatbot answers customer questions using approved business information. It should not be treated as a legal, compliance, medical, financial, or regulatory authority.

Aura Complete

Aura Complete is the yearly-only premium package that combines the service value of the launch offers into one best-value annual option.

Client responsibility

The business client is responsible for providing approved information, reviewing service content, and keeping owner instructions current so the chatbot and reporting flow stay accurate.

Billing basics

Reporting is yearly only. Website AI Chatbot is monthly or yearly. Aura Complete is yearly only. Manual payments require Aura approval, and any future online payment must be verified before service activation.

Separate approved phases

WhatsApp chatbot, appointment booking, file uploads, full chatbot backend features, and online provider payments are separate approved phases unless confirmed by Aura.

Business conduct reminder

Aura receives and forwards reports for service quality review. It does not act as a legal authority, a regulator, an investigator, a public complaint authority, or a guarantee of a dispute outcome.

Payment and activation scope

Manual payments stay pending until Aura approves them. Future online payments should activate services only after verified provider success, not from a customer redirect alone.
