Customer report information

Aura may receive issue details, incident timing, branch or location notes, staff references if known, and any follow-up context a customer chooses to provide through the private report flow.

Business client information

Aura may receive approved business contact details, ownership instructions, service notes, and operating information needed to forward a report to the right business contact.

Chatbot documents and approved information

Aura may use approved business documents, product details, operating notes, and other owner-supplied content to support Aura Website AI Chatbot and keep answers within the approved scope.

Sharing with the approved owner contact

Customer reports may be shared privately with the approved business owner or designated contact for service quality review and follow-up. Aura is not a public review platform.

Operational retention

Operational report information may be retained for handling, quality review, service improvement, and account support under Aura's approved operating policy.
